Exploitation of poor peasants by rich landlords has been the curse of Indian villages since ages. Mahadev and Gulati were two such persons who were busy devouring the lands and properties of the poor by giving them money on interest.

When Ramu returned from city after education, he came to know that his late father's land was also pledged to Mahadev. But with hard work and labour, he somehow managed to get his ancestral property back-

Seeta, the village postman's daughter, was young and beautiful and apart from that, very courageous, to show her hatred towards all the atrocities committed by Mahadev - Ram and Seeta fell in love and married - soon they were parents of two sons and owner of prosperous piece of land with good harvest.

Mahadev was panicky, he could not see anybody in a happy position - So he flooded the fields of Ram by opening the dam. In saving his fields from disaster - Ramu was killed by Mahadev's Rowdies-

Poor Seeta was felt alone with two small children - to show her sympathy, Mahadev offered to marry her - But Seeta, true to Indian tradition, refused, much to the chagrin of Mahadev-
Time passed by-

Seeta's elder son Rajesh was now looking after his ancestral land younger Kishan was away in city studying.

To take revenge from Seeta, Mahadev devised a plan and ensnared Rajesh in pledging his land and with that money to start a touring talkies with Mahadev-Kishan and Seeta were aghast when they came to know about this-But Rajesh was in their clutches and the pleadings of both were of no avail-

Was Kishan successful in stopping his brother's march toward disaster along with Mahadev? Was Seeta successful in saving his son from the clutches of Mahadev? Were they successful in getting rid of Mahadev and his rowdies, and getting back their precious piece of land? You will find an answer to all these questions in PADMALAYA COMBINES' Presentation - KAAMYAB.
